Is anyone familiar with the way Dainese women’s 2-piece leather suit sizes run? Also helmets, gloves, & boots?

I’ve looked on the Dainese motorcycle website, but unfortunately they use a european size chart ranging from 40 to 50 and translate that to an american 8 to 18, obviously incorrect. I’d also like to know if the boots, helmets, and gloves run large or small. Thanks in advance.
